1. Agreement Overview

By accessing TyreHub website, creating an account, ordering products, or subscribing to our VIP membership plans, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, as well as applicable Indian laws and vehicle service regulations.

2. Product Ordering & Specifications

All tyres, alloy wheels, and tubes sold on TyreHub are 100% genuine and covered by official manufacturer warranties. Customers are responsible for verifying vehicle tyre size specifications (e.g. 195/65 R15) prior to placing orders.

3. Membership Plans & Redemption Terms

• Discount Perks: Active membership plans entitle the account holder to flat percentage discounts on product purchases.
• Service Quota: Each plan includes a designated number of redemption visits (e.g., 5 visits) valid for alignment, balancing, and inspection.
• Visit Deduction: 1 visit is deducted automatically upon successful product purchase or workshop fitment verification.
• Plan Upgrades: Upgrading a plan immediately expires the existing tier and activates the new plan duration and visit quota.

4. Workshop Fitting & Partner Dealerships

TyreHub coordinates fitting services through verified garage partners. Customers must present their booking QR/Code and registered Vehicle License Plate Number (VRN) at the selected workshop.

5. Intellectual Property & User Conduct

All logos, designs, software interfaces, and content are the exclusive property of TyreHub. Unauthorized scraping, data mining, or fraudulent activity will result in immediate account termination.

6. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any legal disputes arising out of the use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
